Ken Lam has held various senior management positions with firms in private equity, manufacturing, plant operations and industrial distribution.  Prior to founding Lam Associates, an international advisory firm, Ken was VP and General Manager of Enflow Industries, an industrial valve company, where he provided executive leadership to its Calgary & China offices in executing its growth plans.  Before Enflow, Ken was VP with Stonebridge Merchant Capital Corp, a private equity firm where he led the firm’s investments activities and leverage buyouts of various private firms. Prior to joining StoneBridge, he has held a number of senior management positions in Business Development and R&D with Enersul, a leading Sulphur technology provider. Ken holds a B.Sc in Engineering (Distinction) and an MBA from the University of Alberta and is also a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta.
